A warm welcome begins here

A happy little place to grow — childminding in South Elmsall

I’m creating a welcoming home-based childminding service here in South Elmsall, West Yorkshire, where children can feel comfortable, play, discover and find their confidence. With one familiar childminder, you’ll know who your child is spending their day with.

Big discoveries.

A little introduction

Small in scale.
Personal by nature.

Busy Little Beehive is a personal childminding service, not a nursery or a team. I want parents to feel able to ask questions, share what matters to their family and get to know the person who will be caring for their child.

Play, discover, grow

Room for the little things that matter.

A little adventure can start with the simplest things: a story, a question, a new idea or time to try something independently. My approach is to give children space to play, explore and grow at their own pace.

01

A sense of belonging

I want children to feel welcomed as individuals, with space to be themselves.

02

Everyday discoveries

Play is a chance to be curious, try new things and make sense of the world.

03

Growing confidence

Little steps towards doing things independently deserve recognition too.

A home-based setting

Not a big nursery. Just a thoughtful, familiar place to be.

What to expect

Come and see if it feels right.

Childminding offers a different kind of childcare: a smaller, home-based environment and a familiar person at the heart of each day. I’d be happy to talk you through the setting and arrange a visit.

Choosing childcare is personal. The best way to decide is to ask your questions and get a feel for the environment.

Starting together

A gentle beginning, with you involved.

Starting somewhere new is a big change for children and parents. I’ll talk with you about your child and the kind of introduction that would help them feel at ease before we agree any arrangements.
